Hotel is close to the Masjid but is around the back so still takes a.7-10 minutes to reach the actual masjid entry. The hotel is on a hill so it is difficult to get back upwards especially for elderley and mobility issues. The hotel is very nicely decorated but rooms could be cleaned to a higher standard and looks worn out. The room was much smaller than expected and 'haram view' is not great as its the back of the masjid where is construction on going. Also you need the room key card to operate the lifts and the key cards stopped working numerous times so you cannot access lift or room. On one occasion i was left waiting for 15 mins whilst they tried to fix it. The breakfast is great with lots of choices and an egg chef Overall for price expected better.

- Overall experience is very good. - Service was excellent. - Facilities: parking is good with reasonable fees, shuttle bus was not available for all the needed times. - Food was ok but not tasty. - Partial Haram view was not as expected, actually it is a construction site (see photo)

S'était bien en général mais on a pris une suite panoramique avec vue sur le Haram mais enfin de compte y'avait pas de vue du tout que sur le chemin du Haram! cet hotel n'a pas de vue sur le Haram car il y'a une nouvelle installation juste en face donc il faudra qu'il mette à jour leur description! Aussi il n'est pas à 50m mais à plus de 100m c'est pour celà qu'il mette à disposition une navette vers le Haram!

Nice hotel, comfy bed, good breakfast, close to Haram less than 10 mins walking distance. Just that you need to walk uphill a bit on your way back to hotel otherwise u can take taxi 20sar. Overall good stay.
